Delivery to OMNIVA parcel machines
OMNIVA parcel machiness are a convenient and easy way to get a parcel, as you can pick it up at any time of the day. As soon as the parcel reaches the post office of your choice, you will be sent an sms message and a message by e-mail specified in your order.
IMPORTANT! Please provide your exact phone number and e-mail address, as a message will be sent to the number specified by you with the information about picking up the parcel from the parcel machine.
Please note that if your chosen parcel machine is overloaded during delivery, an Omniva employee may redirect you to the nearest available parcel machine without prior notice so that you can pick up your shipment as soon as possible.
Pick up the goods from the OMNIVA terminal within 7 calendar days from the day of receiving the SMS or e-mail at a time convenient for you.
If you have not picked up the goods within 3 calendar days, OMNIVA will send you a reminder via SMS about the missed shipment. Failure to collect the shipment will return the item to the seller within 7 calendar days.
You need to follow these steps to pick up your shipment from OMNIVA parcel machine:
- Arrive at the parcel machinespecified in the SMS message;
- Touch the parcel machines screen, select a language and press “Retrieve shipment“;
- enter a 6-digit code specified in sms or e-mail;
- When the terminal door opens, pick up the parcel and close the terminal door;
- Press YES to receive the shipment receipt on the terminal screen.

Delivery of goods via LPEXPRESS / VENIPAK courier service
You can pick up prepaid shipments at:
- Venipak or LP Expres parcel machine or PICK UP collection point. When the shipment is delivered, you will receive an SMS message with a PIN code.
Shipment storage time:
LP Express parcel machine – 3 calendar days.
Venipak ATM – 7 calendar days (from November 29, we will store shipments in parcel machines for 3 working days.).
PICK UP point – 5 calendar days
The parcel can be delivered by courier to your home. Before delivery, you will receive an SMS message with a PIN code, dictate it to Venipak or LPEXPRESS courier.
